I was hoping the effects of Hoodia would work immediately and was really disappointed at first as I thought my appetite would be quelled after the first capsule! I carried on though and after a couple of weeks I have really noticed a difference. I've found my appetite is normalising, in other words I'm eating three healthy meals a day and no picking in between. The main problem for me was the sugar cravings - early days still I know but I'm not getting them. I'm not overweight now, used to be but am struggling with the last little bit and hopefully the Hoodia will get me to target. I'll be in contact again when I get there! May I add that I think your service is wonderful. I ordered my last purchase around lunchtime and received it the following morning. I would just like to thank you for the help your product has given me in dealing with a serious eating disorder. I can now enjoy food and i do not think about it 24/7 because i feel satisfied with what i eat.

I have tried everything to curb my eating and Hoodia is the only thing that has actually worked without making may feel ill, nervous or depressed. I haven't taken appetite suppressants in years because i think thay are dangerous [even the 'milder' versions].

OK now I was very sceptical about Hoodia but I thought I’d give it a go. I am an average 5ft 7" and weighed 11st 5lb (size 14) on Monday this week when I started taking the tablets as directed (x2, 3 times a day). I am also following Weight Watchers points system – 18 point per day.

This morning, Friday, I have lost 5lb in total in only 4 days! I haven’t felt hungry, perhaps a little light headed at which time I will eat but feel really full up after a small portion of food. In all I have probably been eating a total of 12pts per day on Weight Watchers. Hoodia appears to be working wonders – no side effects that I can tell you of, except I feel totally fine and quite upbeat and that my jeans are not as tight! I had been training hard in the gym and eating a healthy diet but I could not shift the final 1/2 stone that I wanted to lose to reach my goal weight of 8st 4lb. I tried changing my training routine, training harder, for longer, etc but it wasn't shifting the final bit of flab that I wanted gone.
